Owner/Builder
Zac has been building forts since he could hold a hammer. His childhood was spent trying to make each fort better than the last and is now blessed to be able to do the same thing as an adult.
His professional background is in product design and engineering. Building homes brings together two things he loves - the intuitive beauty of design, and the technical precision of engineering.

Business Manager
April’s background is in healthcare, where she worked in physical therapy and supported people through healing and recovery. That experience shaped her people-centered approach to business.
She later built a cosmetic tattooing business from the ground up, gaining firsthand experience in operations, client care, and running a service-based company.
